Running Effective Meetings Workshop

What’s the course about?

Have you ever been to a meeting and thought it was a waste of time? Our half day training course looks at how to make meetings work better for both the organiser and the attendees.

We will use role play and interactive activities to discuss the following meeting fundamentals;

– Purpose

– Participants

– Agenda

We will go on to consider meetings in their finer details; and how to keep it relevant, engaging and running smoothly. Throughout the training, we will compile a checklist of key tips and hints for you to try out in your next big meeting!

Stephen Arber FITOL

Stephen is an experienced professional in the Hospitality sector, with over 30 years of experience in Hotels, restaurants and education. Stephen has worked for International companies in both UK, USA and Canada over the past years in 5-star properties and corporate Companies.

Working as Food and Beverage Manager in the past and in the last 17 years in Training and Development as NVQ Assessor L2/L3, Area Training Manager, Group Training Manager and Consultant., ranging from writing training modules for independent owned companies, coaching individuals and delivering bespoke training materials as well as Company Brand Standards.
