This Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service qualification provides learners with all the key skills to be successful within the Customer Service industry. This includes the principles of developing and improving customer service, understanding how to resolve customer service problems and complaints and understanding factors which influence customer expectations.
The purpose is to develop the knowledge and understanding required of a senior customer service role to deliver high-level customer service skills. The qualification is particularly suitable for learners who are new to a senior customer service role or looking to progress into this type of job role and wish to achieve a nationally recognised qualification.
Learners must achieve 13 credits from two mandatory units
- Principles of customer service
- Principles of developing and improving customer service
There are no specific entry requirements however learners should have a minimum of level two in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.
Face to Face Learning – £995 + VAT

Blended Learning – £695 + VAT
The Blended learning route offers students a hybrid which combines our state of the art distance learning platform with intensive workshops.
Distance Learning – £495 + VAT
Distance Learning puts you in the driving seat, it gives you ultimate flexibility allowing you to manage your learning journey using our extensive online resources.
The qualification is assessed by internally set and marked assessments subject to external quality assurance. All learning outcomes must be met to achieve a pass – there is no grading.
