Customer Service – Level 2 Award

Overview

This qualification will prepare you for a role in customer service or help you to develop ideas around how you can deliver good service to the customers you serve.

The qualification provides an introduction to the knowledge required to understand how to deliver effective customer service. The first unit develops learners’ knowledge and understanding of the principles of good customer service and the second develop effective customer service. It is suitable for learners wishing to develop their knowledge prior to employment and/or further training.

 

Course Content

Learners must achieve 10 credits from two mandatory units

  • Understanding Good Customer Service
  • Delivering Effective Customer Service

 

There are no specific entry requirements however learners should have a minimum of level one in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.

Face to Face Learning – £595 + VAT

Face to Face learning takes a traditional approach to learning where our students will be attending regular taught sessions at an MKNCC Campus.

Distance Learning – £295 + VAT

Distance Learning puts you in the driving seat, it gives you ultimate flexibility allowing you to manage your learning journey using our extensive online resources.

Duration

The qualification is assessed by internally set and marked assessments subject to external quality assurance. All learning outcomes must be met to achieve a pass – there is no grading.
